14K Yellow Gold Necklace with Rubys and Diamonds

Stunning 14K Yellow Gold necklace and setting with marquise shaped rubies to form flowers as well as round and rectangle shaped diamonds. The rectangle shaped diamonds are channel set and everything else is prong set. Took this to a local jewelry store and they said it was Rubies and Diamonds. Lobster claw clasp. Ring near closure marked 14K and Italy. Back of diamond and ruby cluster is marked 14K and A, V & backward L all on top of each other. Necklace is 17" long. Jewel cluster measures 2" wide with arms included, 7/8" tall from point to top of cluster and 1/2" thick. Total weight is 13.8 grams. Satin lined necklace keeper included.
