Description: SCHOOL DAYS - Kindergarten to Graduation -photo/picture mat. This is a unique photo mat - it has photo openings for each of the grades of your child's growing up years. The top opening starts with Kindergarten, then First Grade, Second Grade (you get the idea) - all the way around to Eleventh Grade. The Graduation picture goes in the large center opening. While waiting for that big event to happen - the center opening holds a poem: Aim for a Star by Helen Lowrie Marshall. Of course, you could put in your child's latest picture, or even their baby picture. The mat itself is comprised of two layers - a heavy mat-board bottom - in this case burgundy (cranberry)- in color. (It is available in pink, gold, navy blue, moss green, burgundy and pewter gray - check out my other auctions). The gold color compliments the top layer - which is a sturdy parchment paper. The photo mat is brand new. It is keep safe and protected in a plastic re-sealable sleeve. The parchment layer matches up perfectly to the matboard layer - although in the sleeve they are NOT stuck together - so if it doesn't look they match up perfectly, it's just because there a tiny bit of room in the sleeve for the two to slip around. They are cut in perfect compliment to one another. There is also the paper insert with the poem, and a stiff cardboard backing for you to glue your photos to, if you want. The mat will fit in an 11 x 14 frame. The large opening is 4 x 6, and the small openings are approx 1.5 x 2 inches. Feel free to ask me any questions. Thank you for bidding.
