Description: A useful batch of 10x British Army GENERAL SERVICE BUTTONS. This batch consists of all large (25mm) buttons - made from a type of bakelite/early plastic. These buttons came out around late 1942 to save on brass which was needed for munitions. These were commonly found on army soldiers and ATS greatcoats. This batch are issued and used, but still have good detail and are in good condition considering age (WW2 period).
