Description: For sale is a superb set of ten plates made by KPM in the early 20th century . They are hand painted with a large floral arrangement in the center in the Weichmalerei colors of the period. These flowers look a lot more naturalistic than the normal flowers on porcelain and are quite stunning. The rims are reticulated with a nice shape and highlighted with gilding. The plates are 1.125 inches tall and 7.75 inches in diameter. They are all in perfect condition which is always nice! Each plate is marked with the under glaze blue scepter mark, the red orb mark as well as the usual impressed marks of the period as well as artists marks. Five of the plates have Made in Germany in a red rectangle as well.
