Description: You will receive 10 apple snail shells that have not been cleaned or polished. The first 2 pictures show where they are stored before cleaning, the other pictures show how the sizes can vary. The coin used in the last pictures is a Kennedy half dollar! WE DO NOT SELL ANY TYPE OF LIVE SNAILS! We only have the empty, uncleaned shells as pictured. you will receive a variety of different sizes from small to jumbo, some are 4”+ wide! Bright orange, blue stripes, greenish brown, and several other odd colorations. They are all different in color, each one having its own unique color. Some have two variations of colors, from 1/2 being in the mud & the other 1/2 being exposed to the sun, very unique. If you would like to see more pictures of the raw Uncleaned shells please let me know Most shells (roughly 75%) are 2" in length from the tip of the front opening, straight back through the middle If you’re interested in buying uncleaned and/or finely hand polished shells, in large or smaller quantities, just let me know. I can set up a new auction for however many shells of each type you would like to purchase. All 100% pulled from the water and canal banks after the snails were gone. Unfortunately these are always filled after orders are made to keep the inventory the same and to allow new shells time to set in clean water and in the dark to kill the algae that grows from sunlight. They will also need a day to dry in the sun. This keeps them strong and doesn't allow them to get brittle from the elements.
