Deer resistant, deer will not touch this plant. Seed is grown from the United States and matured into seedlings 1 1/2 years old. They are showing nice growth about 4 inches of top growth plus about a minimum 4 inches of roots. These plants can be kept in a cold frame with insulation if living in Zone 6 in a southern facing area all year round or keep inside in a well lit window.
